This unique feature provides you with informative, functional and flexible reports in either pre-defined or user-defined formats. You can decide how you want to receive your information, so you are constantly kept up-to-date on all aspects of your rate distribution.
The evolution Reports Suite has been created to give different users in each hotel direct access to the information most relevant to their role.
By creating predefined reports the user is able to quickly and efficiently access and use the information they need.
Additionally, reports can be displayed to the preference of the user, creating a clear picture of performances.
Step 3: View/export/calculate detailed data

This is a small selection of the reports available. Reports can easily be manipulated by changing parameters - for example, rooms booked to total revenue. Additionally, all data charts can be easily exported to PDF or Excel formats. Historic data can also be automatically included to compare year-on-year figures.
